How big the vans are?
according to our long term experience in man and van industry it is clear to us that small vans are not practical therefore the smallest vans we have are a long wheel base sprinter or transit .We have luton van available to deal with bulky items or for full house move . please visit (about us)page for full Dimensions.
Do I need to book a van in advance?
Booking in advance is recommended. We have a good number of vans serving everyday therefore we can always help if happen you need our service urgently .we can get you a van you want within an hour depending on your location .
Are you insured?
Yes up to £1,000 per a booking maximum. Please refer to our terms&conditins at a very bottoms of the page where you can find full details about our service.
Do you charge for call out?
No! We only charge for the time we spend with our customers or on delivery . Yellow express have a good number of vans on the road, GPS tracked and linked via our despatching software. Therefore, we make sure you get the van that is close to your pick up point.
Do we have to book for set period of time?
No! After our minimum charge for two hours, we charge for every half an hour and you can keep the van and driver/s for as long as you wish.
Can the price go up after I've booked?
No, We only charge for the hours requested by our customers ,if happen the job took longer as expected then please pay by the hourly rate that shows on our home page.
Can I travel with the van and driver?
Yes! Two passenger can travel with the van, fully insured and that's free of charge.
Can I rely on you to turn up on the day?
Yes! We have never failed to turn up for a job.
Are all our vans yellow?
Unfortunately, due to rapid expansion of our vans, some vans may not be yellow. They will, however, all be maintained to our very high standards of quality and safety.

We send you an email straightaway to give you the details and confirm the booking, then you also receive a text message conformation to your mobile once we add your details to our dispatching software, you always welcome if you wish to call us about booking and advice, we open 7 days a week.
Do you charge for stairs or fuel ?
The quote we give to our customers for the hours requested is included stair charges and fuel.The quote is base on £5 per a floor and £1 per a mile ,we give all our customers first 6 miles free of charge.
