No, our quotes exclude the Congestion Charge and Parking fees
According to our long term experience in man and van industry, it is clear to us that small vans are not practical for removals. The smallest vans we have are a long wheel base sprinter or transit .We have Luton van available to deal with bulky items or for if you are moving house. Booking in advance is recommended. We have a good number of vans serving everyday, therefore we can always help. If you need our service urgently, we can usually get you a van within one hour depending on your location .
Yes we are insured if our team doing the packing services. Maximum payout is £10,000 per a booking. Please refer to our terms & conditions where you can find full details about our service.
No! We only charge for the time we spend with our customers or on delivery. Big Yellow Express have a good number of vans on the road, GPS tracked and linked via our despatching software. Therefore, we make sure you get a suitable van, which is closest to your pick up point.
No! After our minimum charge for two hours, we charge for every half an hour and you can keep the van and driver/s for as long as you wish.
We only charge for the hours requested by our customers. If you require more hours on the day of the job or the job takes longer than expected then please pay the hourly rate that shows on our home page.
Yes! Up to two passengers can travel with the van, fully insured and that’s free of charge.

Unfortunately, due to rapid expansion of our vans, some vans may not be yellow. They will, however, all be maintained to our very high standards of quality and safety.

The quote we give to our customers for the hours requested includes fuel. The quote is base on £1 per a mile and we give all our customers first six miles free of charge.
